Yup. Sometimes you have to wear contactlenses instead of spectacles if you have high power. But beware! lenses are too delicate and need extra care. Not for rough use.

Just got contacts....Well, am not sure if i like 'em.

Glasses always make me feel good. must be some complex rooted deep.
